Complete guide to setting up, configuring, and scaling your business with Techsho+.
1. Getting Started
Creating Your Account
1 Visit techsho.app and click Get Started.
2 Enter your company name, full name, email address, and create a password.
3 Check your email for a verification link and click it to verify your account.
4 You will be redirected to your new Techsho+ workspace.
Your Free plan includes 1 seat and 2,000 leads. Upgrade anytime to unlock more features.
Dashboard Overview
After logging in, you will see your dashboard with key metrics: Lead Volume, Pipeline Funnel, Recent Activity, and Quick Actions.
Setting Up Your Profile
1 Click your name in the top-right corner and select Profile.
2 Update your name, email, timezone, and notification preferences.
3 Click Save to apply changes.
2. Lead Management
Adding a New Lead
1 Go to Leads → All Leads in the left menu.
2 Click Create Lead at the top right.
3 Fill in lead details: name, email, phone, company, source, and custom fields.
4 Assign a pipeline stage (e.g., New Lead, Contacted, Qualified).
5 Click Save to create the lead.
Importing Leads via CSV
1 Go to Leads → Import.
2 Download the sample CSV template to see the required format.
3 Prepare your CSV with columns: name, email, phone, company, source.
4 Upload and map columns to Techsho+ fields.
5 Click Import. Duplicate detection merges repeats automatically.
CSV import supports up to 10,000 leads per file.
Lead Sources
Techsho+ supports 18+ lead source connectors: Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Ads, Email (IMAP), Typeform, JotForm, Calendly, Web Forms, and more. Go to Integrations → Lead Sources to connect each platform.
Custom Fields
1 Go to Settings → Custom Fields.
2 Click Add Field and choose type (text, number, date, dropdown).
3 Name your field and set options. Save and it appears on all lead forms.
Duplicate Detection
Techsho+ automatically detects duplicates based on email. When found, you can merge or skip. Merged leads combine activities, notes, and email history.
Lead Scoring
1 Go to Leads → Scoring Rules.
2 Click Add Rule and set conditions (e.g., "Source is LinkedIn" = +10 points).
3 Save and all leads are scored automatically. View scores on lead list pages.
Best Practice: Create rules for lead source, email engagement, and job title to prioritize your best leads.
3. Pipeline Management
Creating a Pipeline
1 Go to Pipelines → All Pipelines.
2 Click Create Pipeline and name it (e.g., "Sales Pipeline").
3 Add stages in order: New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed Won.
4 Set stage colors and probabilities for forecasting.
5 Save your pipeline.
Using the Kanban Board
1 Go to Pipeline → Kanban Board.
2 View leads organized by stage in a drag-and-drop interface.
3 Drag a lead card between stages to update its status.
4 Click any lead card to view details, add notes, or send emails.
Review your Kanban board daily. Move leads promptly to keep forecasts accurate.
Forecasting
Techsho+ automatically calculates pipeline value based on deal values, stage probabilities, and expected close dates. View forecasts in Reports → Pipeline Funnel Report.
4. Email Integration (Bring Your Own Email)
Connecting Your Email
1 Go to Inbox → My Email Account.
2 Enter IMAP settings: host, port, username, password, encryption.
3 Enter SMTP settings for sending.
4 Set From Name and From Email address.
5 Add an email signature with rich text, images, and links.
6 Click Save Settings. A confirmation email verifies connectivity.
Common IMAP: Port 993 (SSL) or 143 (TLS). Common SMTP: Port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS).
Using the Inbox
1 Go to Inbox → Inbox to view emails.
2 Emails load automatically. Unread emails appear bold with a blue dot.
3 Click any email to read it. Use Reply, Reply All, or Forward buttons.
4 Click + Compose to send a new email with attachments.
Email Sequences
1 Go to Marketing → Email Sequences.
2 Click Create Sequence and name it.
3 Add steps with subject, body, and delay (e.g., "Send 1 day after enrollment").
4 Use templates or write custom emails. Save and enroll leads from their lead page.
Email Templates
1 Go to Marketing → Email Templates.
2 Click Create Template and design your email.
3 Use variables like {literal}{{lead_name}}{/literal}, {{company}} for personalization.
4 Save and use templates when composing or creating sequences.
5. Automation
Creating an Automation
1 Go to Automations → All Automations.
2 Click Create Automation and name it.
3 Choose a trigger: Stage Move, Tag Added, Score Threshold, Inactivity, or Date-Based.
4 Add actions: Send Email, Create Task, Update Lead, Trigger Webhook, or Add Tag.
5 Add conditions and branching logic as needed.
6 Save and activate your automation.
Example: When a lead reaches "Qualified" stage, send a personalized email and create a follow-up task for the sales rep within 24 hours.
Automation Best Practices
- Start simple: One trigger and one action, then add complexity
- Use tags: Tag leads to trigger specific automations
- Test before activating: Use the test button to verify
- Monitor performance: Check Automation Stats Report regularly
7. Meetings and Calendar
Setting Up Meeting Types
1 Go to Settings → Meeting Availability and set your hours.
2 Go to Meetings → Meeting Types and create a new type (e.g., "30-min Call").
3 Set duration and pre-booking questions.
4 Share your booking link with prospects.
Connecting Google Calendar
1 Go to Settings → Calendar Connections.
2 Click Connect Google Calendar and authorize.
3 Bookings automatically appear in your Google Calendar.
8. Reporting and Analytics
Available Reports
Techsho+ includes 8+ built-in reports:
- Lead Volume Report - Track lead generation over time by source
- Pipeline Funnel Report - Visual breakdown of leads by stage
- Source Attribution Report - See which channels drive the most leads
- Agent Performance Report - Compare individual rep performance
- Response Time Report - Measure team response speed
- Automation Stats Report - Monitor automation performance
- Form Analytics Report - Track form views and conversions
- Revenue by Rep Report - Revenue attribution by sales rep
Exporting Reports
1 Open any report and click Export.
2 Choose CSV or PDF format. The file downloads automatically.
Scheduled Reports
1 Go to Reports → Scheduled Reports.
2 Click Create Scheduled Report.
3 Select report type, format, and frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).
4 Enter recipient emails. Save and reports are sent automatically.
9. Integrations
Lead Source Connectors
Connect 18+ lead sources: Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Twitter/X, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising, Email (IMAP), Typeform, JotForm, Calendly, and Web Forms.
Go to Integrations → Lead Sources and follow the setup wizard for each.
Outbound Webhooks
1 Go to Integrations → Outbound Webhooks.
2 Click Create Webhook and enter the destination URL.
3 Select trigger events (lead.created, lead.updated, form.submitted, etc.).
4 Save and test. Works with Zapier, Slack, Make, and custom endpoints.

10. Team Management
Inviting Team Members
1 Go to Settings → Team.
2 Click Invite Member, enter email, and select a role.
3 Click Send Invitation. They receive an email with setup instructions.
Roles and Permissions
- Admin: Full access to all features and settings
- Manager: Manage leads, pipelines, view reports. Cannot change billing.
- Member: View and manage assigned leads. Limited settings access.
Custom roles can be created in Settings → Roles and Permissions.

Upgrading Your Plan
1 Go to Account → Billing.
2 Click Change Plan and select your new plan.
3 Enter payment details and confirm. Changes take effect immediately.
All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.
12. Security and Compliance
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
1 Go to Account → Two-Factor Setup.
2 Click Set Up 2FA and scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
3 Enter the 6-digit code to verify. Save recovery codes safely.
Audit Logs
View all actions at Reports → Audit Log. Logs include logins, lead changes, email sends, and setting changes. Retained for 90 days.
Session Management
1 Go to Settings → Sessions to view active sessions.
2 Revoke any session remotely. Sessions expire after 24 hours of inactivity.
GDPR Compliance
- Data Export: Request full data export from Settings → Privacy
- Data Erasure: Request deletion of your data
- Anonymization: Per-lead right-to-erasure button removes PII across all records
13. Best Practices
1. Capture Leads from Every Channel
Connect all 18+ lead sources to ensure no lead falls through the cracks. Set up Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and web forms to capture leads automatically.
2. Score and Prioritize
Create lead scoring rules based on source, engagement, and behavior. Focus your team on leads with the highest scores first.
3. Automate Follow-Ups
Use automations to send immediate follow-up emails, assign leads to reps, and move deals through stages without manual effort.
4. Review Pipeline Daily
Check your Kanban board every morning. Move leads to the correct stage and identify bottlenecks before they slow down your sales cycle.
5. Use Email Sequences
Create multi-step email sequences for lead nurturing. Space emails 2-3 days apart and track open rates to optimize your messaging.
6. Monitor Reports Weekly
Review Lead Volume, Source Attribution, and Pipeline Funnel reports weekly. Use data to decide where to invest your marketing efforts.
7. Keep Data Clean
Use duplicate detection to merge repeats. Regularly update lead statuses and remove stale leads to keep your pipeline accurate.
8. Train Your Team
Ensure all team members understand the pipeline stages and proper data entry. Consistent usage leads to accurate forecasting and better decisions.
